Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent.
🧾 Booking & Payment Terms
A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
An additional 50% must be paid at least 15 days before departure.
The remaining balance must be cleared before the journey starts.
❌ Cancellation Charges
If you choose to cancel your tour after booking, the following deductions will apply:

| 25 days or more | 25% of total amount |
| 15–24 days | 40% of total amount |
| 7–14 days | 75% of total amount |
| Less than 7 days / No-show | 100% (No refund) |
💸 Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 24 working days from cancellation date.
🚨 Cancellation by Us
In case Spectrum Tour-Travels cancels a trip due to minimum group size not met or other reasons, you’ll get a full refund or a rescheduled tour at no additional cost.
